Return Policy

At Raw & Paw Co., your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products—many of which are perishable, health-related, or custom-made—we are unable to accept returns on most items.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all sales are final on the following categories:

- Perishable goods, including raw or freeze-dried pet food
- Supplements and health products
- Custom-printed merchandise (e.g., personalized apparel)
- Opened or used items

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our offerings.
Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate. To assist us quickly, please provide:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After this window, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
