We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all supplement products. If you are not happy with a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of raw meat products, we cannot accept returns on raw blends once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong product shipped, etc.). If a return shipping label is required, we will provide one at no cost for qualifying returns.
